Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us immediately with images of the problem. If it is reported after 7 days of arrival, we are unable to help you. Please note all damaged and broken items must be first returned to us before we can issue a replacement. We will cover the shipping cost for this.
We are not liable for any issues regarding general use and wear and tear of products.
Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable in any situation.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
